The CSM is responsible for assisting in the build out of marketing campaigns in so far as enriching lists with profile information, website data and contact-specific info to personalize campaigns (via API) and setup mail merge (also via API) into the marketing campaign management system so the
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Success Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities and potential churn risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in a technical delivery customer success role, preferably within SAAS or e-commerce sector.
