JOB OVERVIEW
We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Contract Web Designer & SEO Specialist with a focus on Webflow to support our internal website updates and occasional client projects. This role entails not only maintaining and updating our existing websites but also collaborating on full website build-outs for clients, including ongoing maintenance and SEO optimization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the periodic updates and maintenance of our internal websites, ensuring they remain current, functional, and aligned with our brand standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand website update requirements and implement changes efficiently and accurately.
Engage in occasional full website build-out projects for clients, utilizing Webflow to design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Integrate SEO best practices into website design and content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Provide ongoing website maintenance and support for clients, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.
Stay informed about the latest Webflow features and updates, as well as SEO trends and techniques, to continuously enhance your skills and deliver value to clients.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in website development
Skills Qualifications:
Proficiency in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing and developing websites using the platform.
Experience implementing SEO strategies to optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search engine visibility.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute website updates accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, with a continuous drive to learn and improve your skills.

COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate - $10 - $15 USD per hour
