Full-Time YouTube Video Editor & Social Media Manager

I am in the real estate investing education space. I need someone full-time who can edit my raw / live videos, create long-form videos for YouTube, and update my YouTube / Instagram / TikTok channels with the Short content.

- This is a full-time job
- One month trial period
- No contractors / vendors / agencies
- Must have strong video editing and social media manager skills
- Must know what’s working well today and understand different YouTube & social media trends

Tasks
- Edit 3 long form content videos a week (20-40 minutes each)
- Create 7 shorts / reels a week, either from previous content, or from new short videos I create
- Upload all videos to my YouTube channel
- Create YouTube thumbnails, descriptions, tags, etc
- Post all shorts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Turn my video content into blog posts and emails, using various AI tools that I will give you
- Regular communication is very important. Daily meetings at first, then weekly.
- You will always be reporting and updating me on your progress every day
- Manage all video content inside of Upgrade to see actual info
