We are Streamline Business Media Upgrade to see actual info - a BUSINESS media company helping others get online with podcasts and videos.

We process videos and posts for clients using Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. We are looking to hire two long-term people to handle this work.

Currently, the work is Part-time, 10-20 hours per week. We expect this to grow, but we need your help and have plans. We want this to be a full-time role and think we can make that happen with the right team.

The work is simple. We process long-form videos (20 minutes or more) and chop them up into "shorts" (1 minute or less) with captions. The shorts are then uploaded to a social media scheduler, where basic descriptions and hashtags are entered.

The work is documented well, and you have a supportive staff to help you succeed. We will train you, and the work is straightforward.

Initially, we will want more touch points and check-ins, but as work and trust progress, the process will become more automatic with 1x/week or fewer meetings.

It is critical to review the work we are generating. Our US team will still check all outgoing (scheduled) work.

To succeed, you must learn from mistakes and incorporate feedback. Repeated problems will not be tolerated. Poor communication is a problem. If something does not make sense, ask questions, and let us help you succeed.

Key skills include:

* Near-native use of English
* Excellent reading and writing, especially correcting or editing the video captions.
* Familiar with Jira (or any similar ticketing system)
* Bandwidth (good internet connection)
* Some crossover time with our team here in the USA (to be determined based on everyone's schedule)
* Familiar with various social media
* Able to meet with the US team (camera on)
