Amazon Inventory Planner / Logistics Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
As an Inventory Planner at Titan Ignite, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory across multiple channels, with a significant focus on Amazon FBA. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Purchasing, and Brand Management, to ensure efficient inventory flow and stock optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive inventory planning activities to guarantee stock availability and minimize supply chain disruptions.
Collaborate with the Purchasing team and Demand Planners to enhance the effectiveness of the planning system, adjusting lead times, order frequencies, and safety stock levels as necessary.
Communicate forecast changes to suppliers promptly and ensure all orders are confirmed and approved.
Conduct risk analysis to prevent stockouts and process weekly or monthly purchase orders to optimize stock levels.
Support the Logistics team by assisting with the purchase order process, validating, and prioritizing urgent orders to meet agreed lead times.
Create cost-effective labeling for Amazon FBA shipments and assist the Logistics Manager with various tasks.
Maintain and update inventory trackers to reflect stock movements accurately.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory planning or logistics within an E-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and demand planning processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA operations is highly desirable.
