Real Estate Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of Excel and ChatGPT, as well as a strong background in analyzing real estate financial statements. This role involves assisting our investment team in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the analysis of real estate markets, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
- Interpret and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and other real estate documentation, including Offering Memorandums, tax bills and loan documents.
- Utilize Excel and ChatGPT for data analysis, reporting, and automation of tasks.
- Utilize financial models to underwrite properties and help identify and track cash flow, ROI, and other key investment metrics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate analysis or a related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ChatGPT applications.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
