Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Zendesk, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Gmail.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:

Proven customer service experience.
Proficiency in Zendesk, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Gmail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
