**Responsibilities:**
- Create engaging video and image content tailored for direct response marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets that resonate with target audiences, effectively addressing customer pain points and driving conversions.
- Optimize content based on performance metrics derived from Facebook Ads Manager and other Upgrade to see actual info tools to ensure content alignment with campaign objectives and budget efficiencies.
- Iterate and refine creatives based on A/B testing results and ongoing feedback to maximize impact and ROI.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends and consumer behaviors to continually adapt and innovate our content strategy.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in video and image editing within a marketing context, specifically for direct response campaigns.
- Familiarity with the drop shipping business model and the key performance indicators important in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to identify and effectively communicate the pain points of customers through compelling visual storytelling.
- Strong technical proficiency in video and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
