The eCommerce Customer Service Manager role consists of daily tasks that are structured to provide support to our website and customers. Daily tasks include order processing,
Hours:
7 am – 3 pm EST / 7 pm – 3 am PHT
8 am – 4 pm EST / 8 pm – 4 am PHT
9 am – 5 pm EST / 9 pm – 5 am PHT
Additional Details:
- Process orders and run automated tasks to update tracking and inventory
- Respond to
- Communicate trending issues with products, packaging and website
- Update graphics and content
- Add and remove products
- Provide monthly performance metrics
- Support marketing coordinator and tasks related to current sales promotions
- Role reports to the eCommerce and Dropship Manager
