**WHAT WE NEED IN A HEAD OF GROWTH SPECIALIST**

We seek a talented and experienced Head of Growth specialist to join our small but mighty Team. Unleash your analytical skills and strategic mind in a role that requires following efficient processes and paying close attention to detail.
During your time in this position, your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

MARKETING STRATEGY:

-Develop growth strategies by analyzing market trends and customer insights to drive financial gains while prioritising customer satisfaction.
-Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging markets, assess competitor strategies, and understand evolving customer needs.
-Arrange and lead business meetings with potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities and understand their objectives and requirements.
-Promote the company’s products/services by aligning offerings with client objectives and ensuring that contracts adhere to legal regulations and industry standards.
-Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices to track performance, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Provide responsive feedback and post-sales support to address client inquiries, concerns, and needs, fostering a positive client experience and enhancing satisfaction.
-Cultivate client relationships through trust-building, proactive communication, and tailored solutions, aiming for long-term partnerships.
-Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving consumer behaviour to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness in the digital marketing landscape.

Project Management:

-Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing content to attract potential customers.
-Conduct project briefings and scoping sessions to outline project plans and provide pricing estimates for quotes or proposals.
-Utilize project management platforms or tools to efficiently organize and oversee project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
-Maintain clear communication channels with the production team to coordinate project delivery, address any issues promptly, and ensure projects meet client expectations.
-Liaise with the general manager, founders and client strategy manager to streamline the project delivery process from proposal acceptance to client onboarding, focusing on internal coordination rather than client communication.
