We have an exciting opportunity for two (02) high performing Finance and Commercial Executives based in Philippines to join our team?on remote basis to serve Australian based clients.
You must have the following to be considered:
* Partly or fully completed CIMA, ACCA, CA or similar
* Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience in Finance and Commercial roles including AR & AP, which must include below mentioned Five Core-competencies;
1). Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in AR, AP, and Payroll
2). Maintaining high-level of efficiency and accuracy in processing AR & AP work for multiple clients with strict deadlines
3). Minimum of 1 years’ experience Final Accounts, (Month/Year end, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) & management reporting,
4). Minimum of 1 years’ experience verbally Presenting Reports to senior managers
5). Minimum of 1 years’ experience in directly liaising with overseas clients (Preferred but not essential)
* Highly developed interpersonal skills AND social skills
* A pleasant and sociable personality that immediately wins the trust and respect of clients and colleagues.
* Perfect attention to details. 100?curacy in your work
* Very fast, efficient, and effective in completing tasks to meet deadlines
* Self-driven personality with strong work ethics
* Very good English, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
* Ability to learn fast, both independently and under the guidance of managers
* Ability to perform under pressure and achieve deadlines
* Ability to provide our clients 120% customer satisfaction and retain all clients
* Self-disciplined personality to work from home providing highly professional service
These Skills and Experience below are highly preferred;
* Online & remote working experience
* Finance experience working for businesses in highly developed economies (Australia, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States)
