Social Media Marketing & Sales Specialist

We are searching for a creative and social media savvy Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our sport t-shirt business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with our target audience
Manage and maintain our social media presence, including daily posting, responding to comments and messages, and running social media contests and giveaways
Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Drive sales to our website

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Experience with graphic design or video editing a plus
Passion for sports apparel and a strong understanding of the target audience
