Graphic Designer

We are seeking a part-time Graphic/Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.

This person will be responsible for creating brand-aligned graphics, and must be exceptionally skilled in graphic design

Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
Design program graphics
Design social media and podcast graphics
Design workbooks and lead magnets
Design ad graphics
Design / build landing pages, sales pages and other web pages on ShowIt

YOU
Have exceptional graphic design skills with an ability to create on-brand graphics when given the strategy and direction from the Director of Marketing
Are excited by the idea of making positive change in the world, and your work reflects your values
Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
Are available to work within the hours of 8am-3pm Eastern (New York Time Zone) and attend weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Are independent and self-sufficient, but also know when to ask for help or clarification
Consistent with quality and communication
Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving
Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Prior experience with ShowIt preferred.

Must have:
Strong Internet Access
20 hours per month available (average of 5 hours per week)
