VA Generalist: Writer / Data Entry / Light Image Work

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent virtual assistant with excellent English skills to join our team. We may be growing a team in the Philippines, so this person may turn into a leader of that team long term. As such, we are very selective in whom we hire. As a VA for Mangrov, your primary responsibility will be to create brand and product listings on our eCommerce store. This role involves data retrieval, entry, and basic graphic design tasks. You will be provided with all necessary resources and guidelines to efficiently complete your tasks. Include the word "MG Alliance" in the subject line of your application.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize provided product URLs to populate our website's product listings.
- Copy and paste product names and prices accurately.
- Summarize product descriptions into 100-word summaries using ChatGPT.
- Create 1000x1000px product images with removed backgrounds using graphic
design software.
- Check product qualifiers based on provided information.
- Assign products to the correct categories on our website.
- Create brand profiles following provided guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva preferred).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and product listings is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools.
