Customer Service Representative & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented individual to help us

(1) Manage our Customer Service requests in Gorgias
(2) Support social media management (requesting rights from influencers, monitoring posts on Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube, and responding to social media comments )
(3) General tasks: Help with Shopify management, slack channel monitoring, and other general tasks

**Ideally, this individual would work US-based hours**
