Video Editor for a relatable personal development YouTube channel

I’m looking for an editor to help me deliver on the mission of making personal development super relatable. We’ll deliver this by showing them that you don’t need to be anyone special to be on this journey. And we do it by giving them an idea of what it looks like to do so - by learning and documenting as I go along my own journey.

I create YouTube videos about personal development that revolve around methods and mindsets that I’m experimenting with. But I’ve been having trouble with a steady release schedule since it takes me a ton of time to edit my videos.

That’s where you’ll help unlock the channel’s reach to the next level!

Who I’m looking for:
highly competent in video editing
competent animating on-screen graphics
loves to creatively experiment (within the brand)
highly proficient in communicating and collaborating in English.
interested in shaping an evolving brand identity.
understands viewer psychology to keep them watching

The vibe we’re going for:
Take a look at my 4 latest long forms, but we’ll be going a lot more vloggy moving forward.

What working with me will be like:
2-4 long-form videos per month. This might increase over time.
Maybe a short here and there.
Footage provided over Google Drive.
Revisions with 1-2 day turnaround.
