ob Description: Transaction Coordinator (Virtual Assistant)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and dynamic Transaction Coordinator to enhance the operational efficiency of our real estate team. This remote role calls for a proactive and highly organized individual who excels in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate transactions, proficiency in various administrative tools, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
Document Control: Prepare, submit, and manage all real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, legal teams, and mortgage brokers during the transaction process.
Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, inspections, and closing dates, ensuring all parties are informed of relevant timelines and updates.
Data Management: Maintain client databases with detail-oriented precision using Follow Up Boss CRM, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accessible.
Financial Oversight: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, tracking transaction activities, and managing commission invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator within the real estate sector.
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Follow Up Boss CRM.
Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
Desirable Skills:

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
