Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates. The recruiter will collaborate with our agency on potential candidates that meet criteria and interested in the role. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Qualifications
-4 + Yrs Experience in technical recruiting
-Experience with industries: SaaS & Government IT
-Strong writing skills
-Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates
-Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools
-Fast internet with little interruptions
-Ability to provide 3 strong candidates daily that meet job description details
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
