We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at StresKnotNYC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and social media marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific audience groups.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Affiliate Marketing:
Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program to expand reach and drive sales.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
Track and report on affiliate performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

SEO:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital content.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
