Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Lead Generation and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various online channels and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work flexibly and contribute to the growth of our company from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and clients.
Utilize a variety of online tools and platforms to identify and engage with target audiences.
Generate leads through email marketing campaigns, cold outreach, and other digital marketing techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into sales opportunities.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience, including posts, images, videos, and articles.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and schedules aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation, social media engagement, and website traffic.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance across all channels.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and social media management, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
