Video Editor & YouTube Thumbnail Creator

I am in search of a proficient video editor capable of managing both long-form content for YouTube and short-form videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Additionally, the role involves the creation of YouTube thumbnails for the long-form content.

Requirements for the position include:

1. The candidate must be prepared to agree to and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to safeguard the original works and footage provided.
2. The candidate must commit to weekly communication and deliver videos that align with my creative direction and meet the needs of my audience.
3. The role demands the production of 3-4 long-form videos for YouTube and 4-5 short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok on a weekly basis.
4. We are looking for an individual with a robust work ethic, superior communication skills, integrity, and the flexibility to make adjustments in line with my preferred video editing style. The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and provide swift video delivery is essential.
5. My intention is to establish a long-term partnership; however, compatibility with our creative vision and objectives is paramount. To this end, we will implement a three-month trial period to ensure a perfect alignment with our goals and creative direction. Should there be a mismatch in meeting our company's creative standards and objectives, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership accordingly.
