Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Video Editor with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging content tailored for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute video content strategies for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit short-form videos in a fast-paced, dynamic style suitable for social media consumption.
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create eye-catching graphics for static assets and print as a secondary part of the role.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video content.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media video editing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience in Figma would be a bonus but not a necessity.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing, particularly in creating content for TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video formats.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to produce engaging content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in TikTok or YouTube Shorts-style editing.
