Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist

About Us:

We are a dynamic e-commerce company specialising in bringing innovative products across beauty, pet care, family care and security. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing EDMs (Email Direct Marketing) and email flow templates in Klaviyo.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital marketing materials.
Maintain and update email templates to ensure consistency and optimisation for different devices and email clients.
Utilise Figma for day-to-day design tasks, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and graphic design to continuously improve our strategies and deliverables.
Assist in other design-related tasks such as social media graphics, website banners, and ad creatives as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on email marketing.
Proficiency in Klaviyo for designing and implementing email campaigns.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
Experience using Figma for design tasks and collaboration as well familiarity with using and setting up design systems.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that drive engagement and conversions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
A portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly examples of email campaigns and templates designed. Examples of Figma based work would also be ideal.
