Job Summary:
This role combines customer service with lead generation, focusing on enhancing member experiences and expanding our membership base through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage member inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, including cold calling and managing referral programs.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of interactions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and achieve membership goals.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in customer service and lead generation.
