Job Title: Real Estate Outbound Texter

Introduction:
CF Ventures is seeking an adept Texter to join our team on Upwork. If you're a persuasive communicator with a talent for engaging property owners and a solid grasp of real estate nuances, we want you. This role requires fluent English proficiency and at least 1 year of experience in real estate outbound texting, along with familiarity with Batch Leads, Trello, Podio, and other real estate operations tools.

Responsibilities:

Texting Campaigns: Execute outbound text messaging campaigns to property owners with the aim of generating leads, scheduling appointments, and closing deals.
Engagement: Craft compelling text messages to capture attention, address inquiries, and convey the value proposition effectively.
Lead Management: Utilize Batch Leads, Trello, Podio, and other designated software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor outcomes.
Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement texting strategies aligned with specific target markets and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, refine texting scripts, and adapt approaches for optimal engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to text volume, response rates, and closed deals.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to adjust texting strategies and priorities based on project requirements and feedback.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven success in real estate outbound texting.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with Batch Leads, Trello, Podio, and other real estate operations tools is essential.
Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency with exceptional written communication skills.
Real Estate Operations: Strong understanding of real estate operations and processes.
Launch Control Experience: Experience with Launch Control is preferred.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and achieve weekly targets and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to address challenges, adapt strategies, and optimize outcomes.
Professionalism: Commitment to representing CF Ventures with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
Availability: Consistent availability to commit up to 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time transition based on performance and company needs.
