Hello, our company is hiring a Civil/Structural Engineer who will play a crucial role in the design and visualization process of our architectural projects. Please read the whole job post and follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and designers to develop conceptual designs for architectural projects.
Utilize your knowledge of structural engineering principles to ensure the structural integrity and stability of proposed designs.
Create detailed renderings and visualizations of architectural designs using rendering software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on design concepts to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional objectives.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
Conduct structural analysis and calculations to verify the performance of proposed designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure.
Proficiency in rendering software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of structural analysis principles and software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
