Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote - Offshore

Affordable Flooring Warehouse is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of quality flooring solutions, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers while fostering a culture of innovation and growth. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies, managing our brand, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Content Creation and Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for various platforms and manage our social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Marketing Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, outlining upcoming sales, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Development: Establish standardized procedures and processes for marketing activities to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
* Brand Management: Manage and enhance our brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
* Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth segments, and develop strategies to effectively target and capitalize on these opportunities.
* Coordination with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Alternatively, extensive experience in the field will also be considered.
* Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a strong track record of driving results and managing teams.
* Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience working in an offshore capacity is preferred.
