JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team at Selfie Booth Co, a leading photo booth rental company in the USA. This position will primarily focus on providing exceptional support to our corporate clients, assisting with various tasks including email marketing, data entry, outreach, and communication through multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the rental process.

Email
Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage corporate clients, promote our services, and drive sales.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and communications in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Outreach and Communication: Utilize outreach strategies to connect with potential corporate clients, build relationships, and expand our client base.

Email
and Phone Communication: Draft professional emails and make phone calls to follow up with leads, answer queries, and negotiate contracts.
LinkedIn Management: Manage the company's LinkedIn profile, engage with corporate clients, and leverage the platform for networking and business development.
Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and providing support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive VA or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting or related industry.

Email
Marketing Skills: Proficiency in designing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Data Entry Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining CRM records and client databases.
Outreach Experience: Demonstrated experience in outreach activities such as cold emailing, networking, and lead generation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails and conduct persuasive phone conversations.
HubSpot Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing client interactions and marketing campaigns.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
