Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at PEAQ MEDICAL you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals for our diverse range of clients worldwide. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
-Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top-tier -talent.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
-Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
-Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding procedures.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in a recruiting agency setting.
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
-Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
-High level of professionalism and integrity.
-Flexibility to work remotely from the Philippines and adapt to different time zones as needed.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
