Most of our customers are moms looking to have the best birthday party their kids will ever have. You will take care of them and make sure their kids have the party of their lives. As the first point of contact most of our customers will have with our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer happiness and joy, by efficiently and courteously handling incoming phone calls, text messages, live chat, and emails. In addition, you will help with placing orders, managing schedules, doing some social media, and various virtual assistant duties to keep everything working smoothly. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to providing outstanding service will contribute to our mutual success.
