Position Overview:

The marketplace data entry associate will be responsible for resolving incorrect data on excel and Google sheets files. This individual should have a high attention to detail and the ability to focus for extended periods of time as most of this work will include picking out inconsistencies in data. This individual should be able to think critically to determine the most efficient way to obtain accurate data through Internet research and be able to quickly transfer that data into ourfile to resolve inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve data inconsistencies in marketplace bulk upload files
- Identify efficient and accurate methods of obtaining missing information - sometimes via internet search or analyzing existing data
- Use excel and Google sheets to create clean data files that can be successfully uploaded to marketplaces like eBay and Poshmark
- Maintain written communication with potential customers on marketplaces; including but not limited to:
- Responding to new purchase offers
- Responding to requests for more information on items

Qualifications:

- Written English proficiency is required
- Proficiency in Google sheets and Excel is required
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills for written messages to potential customers on marketplace platforms like eBay and Poshmark
- An understanding of marketplace platforms like eBay, Amazon, Poshmark, etc. is preferred
