Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As the Social Media and Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform and target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and goals.
Utilize social media advertising platforms to create and manage paid campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
Implement lead generation strategies, including email marketing campaigns, content marketing, and landing page optimization, to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to the team on performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and executing successful social media campaigns, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Experience with lead generation techniques and tools, including email marketing, content marketing, and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
