Areas of Responsibility

Process all types of incoming orders from our ticketing system
This includes simple New Orders, Needs Address Orders, FMS (Orders going to a foreign military unit), DHL (Orders shipping to overseas locations using DHL)
Process cancellations and order modifications
Communicate with vendors through phone or email for order status or any issue related to orders
Collaborate with our internal departments for unfulfillable orders or orders that need further information to proceed


Requirements

We are a U.S. based company, so you must be able to collaborate during Pacific Standard business hours 6:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time with a possibility of a weekend schedule
You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
You must have at least 1 year of Customer Service or E-commerce experience
You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
8GB of Memory or higher
Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
Licensed 64 bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
Ability to support a dual monitor set up


Compensation & Perks

$360 - $400 USD every two weeks

$10 USD/month internet stipend (we require you have 8 - 10 mbps home internet)

This is a contracted position and we do not offer Health insurance
