Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage client interactions and handle various administrative duties. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction, making it ideal for someone passionate about providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries in a professional manner.
Assisting clients with service issues and providing knowledgeable support.
Navigating and managing data within our software, Service Autopilot.
Accurately measuring properties for service quotes and updates.
Handling administrative projects using Microsoft Excel, Service Autopilot, and Google Sheets.
Ensuring all communications and data entries are precise and timely.
Requirements:
Strong internet and reliable phone connection (experience with Webex phone systems is a plus).
High level of English proficiency.
Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
Familiarity with Service Autopilot, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work full-time from home.
Compensation:
Monthly salary up to $1000.00USD
