Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must be able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with VAs at all levels within the organization.
5. Should be able to assess complex situations, identify issues, and propose practical solutions. This may involve conflict resolution, mediation, or recommending changes to policies and procedures.
6. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Tasks:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, and orientation.
-Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
-Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and practices.
-Assisting in payroll processes
-Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, including personnel files, timekeeping, and attendance records.
-Generating HR metrics and reports on key performance indicators, such as absenteeism, and diversity metrics.
-Analyzing data trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
-Providing regular updates to the leadership.
-Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being.
-Organizing VA online events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
