JOB OVERVIEW

First and foremost, I am looking for a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber that is very dedicated and ready to grow.

About the Job:
We need an organized and quick-acting Inbox Manager to handle responses from our daily cold emails. You should be great at English and know how to adjust your writing style to match the tone and conversation style of the different email replies we receive.

What You Will Do:

-Create Custom Responses
-Reply to emails within a 5 minute time frame
-Use our reply templates wisely, knowing when and how to edit them to fit an appropriate response to customer
-Effectively communicate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers about tasks, questions, collaboration needed to complete projects
-Effectively communicate with our customers
-Join weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings where we discuss the focus for the week, ideas for improvement, team questions, etc.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to complete tasks that require information from others roles and tasks

Skills Required:

-We need you to be independent and proactive as we don't wish to micromanage anybody. We will expect you to consistently get tasks done without needing guidance every step of the way.
-Excellent English writing and speaking skills
-Confident in speaking skills for over the phone conversations with customers and company partners
-Confident in writing skills needed to effectively communicate with customers and company partners via email
-Able to work fast and stay organized even on busier days
-Good at solving problems that may arise using critical thinking and resources available to you
-High attention to detail
-Prior experience working with marketing softwares, CRMs, and cold email tools.
