The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Keeps abreast of updates to QuickBooks.
• Identifies and investigates any errors or variances.
• Sources any missing receipts and documentation for all transactions.
• Regularly update job costing forms and reports on project profitability data.
• Manages accounts payable.
• Prepares reports on financial metrics for management analysis.
• Correspondence with Managers and Crew Leaders will be necessary.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Organized, notices detail.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks is necessary.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
