The Role
Calendar coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management)
Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes)
Perform BDR tasks, list-building, and appointment-setting
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search through existing and related contacts
Market research for potential clients
Data entry in HubSpot, add new deals/contacts
Assist in going through resumes
Within Harvest track team utilization, how many hours are allocated Enter hrs per day and project, and add new people in the project (including person, picture, rate)
The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
3+ years experience supporting executives / C-level teammates
Intermediate experience with Excel, math proficiency
Experience with business development/market research (LinkedIn Sale Navigator)
Experience with Google Suite and Google Calendar
Experience with Hubspot
Demonstrated ability to gain core competence in new tech tools quickly
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
Ability to work CST
Eager to learn and flexible
Okay making mistakes, constantly improving
