Job Description:

The Business Automation Specialist will be responsible for streamlining the process and optimizing efficiency. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Zapier to design, implement, and optimize automated processes that enhance productivity across the organization.
As a Zapier Automation Expert, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation within our internal processes, project management systems (e.g., ClickUp), performance tracking, communication channels (Slack/email), and sales processes.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to understand our workflow needs and develop custom automation strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and GPT.
- Streamline onboarding processes for new clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Improve project management efficiency through automation and integration with ClickUp.
- Implement automated performance tracking and reporting systems.
- Set up automated notifications and alerts through Slack and email.
- Optimize sales processes through automation and data analysis.
- Create templates and connect APIs to GPTs to automate weekly, monthly insights, recommendations, and performance call-outs.
- Simplify communication and operations through automation and process optimization.

Role Details:
Role type: Part time (20 hours per week)
Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Salary range: USD $ 10 per hour

Qualifications:
Experience / Educational Background:
- 1-2 years of experience in Process Automation and proficient in using Zapier
- Proven experience in automation, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Ideal candidate:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and GPT.
- Strong understanding of API integrations.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
