JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with product information and guidance.

**Responsibilities:**
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and offer appropriate solutions and assistance.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery processes.
Data Entry and record-keeping
Prospecting
Cold Calling

**Requirements:**
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
4. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
