Manage all social media channels such as
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
