Job Description

The mission of the Account Manager & Onboarding Specialist is to increase the company's growth by managing existing, and onboarding new client accounts for our SEO and Advertising services.

Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working in a digital marketing agency with exceptional communication and organization skills. You will be the primary contact after a client signs up with our digital marketing agency and you will be cordinating a detailed workflow of onboarding success with the rest of our implementation and deployment team. You will have regular update calls (zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings and phone calls) as well as email communication to make new clients feel welcomed, and ensure their success through the onboarding process.

You wil also be responsible for bi-weekly and/or monthly updates to existing clients to check in, provide updates on current success, and listen to client feedback about success (or challenges). You will be responsible to cordinate, and follow up on every aspect of our new client's journey into our digital marketing agency.

Communication in fluent english is a must, ability to write and speak are crucial as most of your job will be focused on communicating with existing and new clients. You will regularly text/email, and semi-regularly be on a zoom call (or phone call) to help our clients succeed through the initial 10 to 20 days of the onboarding process.

You should be able to organize tasks using our intermal tracking project management system as well a processs web site data (i.e. logging into an advertising dashboard and copy/paste key performance numbers to send in an email to the client). Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple web-based Tools is a must to achieve success.

You should have experience with SEO and Advertising in the past so that you understand the general concepts and language used in the industry. We will show you our sytems and teach you, but you need to posses a base knowledge around SEO and advertising systems and concepts.


Here is what success looks like in this role:

- Exceptional customer service skills (listen to the client, resolve issues on behalf of the client by talking to our internal technical team).

- Experience with Excell and spreadsheets for managing and collecting data, as well as willingness to collect data from web based tools.

- Experience with SEO, understanding fundamentals plus experience using tools and collecting data to email to an existing client (key performance numbers).

- Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other SEO Tools for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience and understanding) - we will teach!

- Ability to communicate and work during EST (-4 GMT) business hours. Our most successful teaUpgrade to see actual infombers typically work their daily shift somewhere between 7 am and 7 pm EST time zone so they can interact with our clients and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, but we do have some flexibility for the right candidate.



Things you will need:

- good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) - NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
- good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
- Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365

Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to partially include 9am to 5pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.


Additionally, NOT required, but please tell us about yourself if you do have such experience:

Experience with Web Hosting (ftp, file permissions, database imports, troubleshooting server logs, etc)
Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus - please let me know if you have ability for this.
Editing experience on Weebly Web Designer (ability to make minor edits, like placing a backlink, on an existing Weebly web page)
Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience)
Experience at all with "Rank and Rent" concept web sites (Sites which are lead generation for many different niches)
Experience with these products/services : GoHighLEvel, cPanel, Wordpress, Upgrade to see actual info, Clickfunnels.com
Experience with Wordpress (Editing existing pages, any experience with plugins like WooCommererce, AllinOne SEO, please let me know)

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week (8 hours a day). We can be flexible on hours worked due to family/life - but ideally given we are located in
New York, we hope our entire team can be present during part of the day when working together via online communication channels.
