Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and talented Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, representing with professionalism and providing an exceptional customer experience.

· Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and book appointments.

· Develop a deep understanding of products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential customers.

· Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering information to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.

· Provide accurate and detailed information about our engagement rings, customization options, pricing, and promotions.

· Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit our showroom or meet with our sales representatives.

· Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture relationships and encourage them to move forward in the sales process.

· Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information and interactions.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary information for successful appointments.

· Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and appointment bookings
