JOB OVERVIEW

The Junior Creative Specialist will play a crucial role in the design and execution of visual and written content across multiple platforms. This position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly integrate graphic design with digital content strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and engage effectively with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing digital and print media graphic content, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Content Coordination: Develop and manage a content calendar and coordinate with different teams to ensure timely materials delivery.
Photo and Video Editing: Capture and edit visual content to support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.

Email
Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to promote products, services, and content to a diverse audience; monitor performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media profiles, plan and post content, and engage with followers to grow social media presence and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio featuring digital and print assets.
Familiarity with and ability to work with WordPress for website updates
- Experience with photo and video editing software with Canva
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
