JOB OVERVIEW

1. Order Processing in Shopify:
? Efficiently process orders for both VIP and ordinary customers within
Shopify.
? Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment to meet customer
expectations.
2. Customer Guidance and Support:
? Utilize customer feedback and knowledge of coffee to provide guidance
and recommendations to customers.
? Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through SMS
and email channels.
3. Issue Resolution:
? Address customer issues and concerns by following predefined workflows
to provide effective solutions.
? Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer
complaints.
4. Website Updates:
? Collaborate with the marketing team to update key information on the
website related to new product launches.
? Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurately
reflected on the website.
Requirements:
1. Strong English Communication Skills (4+):
? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
through written channels.
2. Experience with Shopify:
? Proficiency in using Shopify for order processing and management.
3. Knowledge of Kustomer (Optional):
? Familiarity with Kustomer platform is a plus, but not required.
4. 2 Years of Customer Service Experience:
? Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a similar
role.
5. College Degree:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
6. Passion for Coffee and Customer Preferences:
? Genuine interest in learning about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and
customer preferences.
