Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in optimizing our operations. You should be well-versed in project management systems and Notion, with additional skills in Canva, WordPress, social media management, copywriting, and video creation greatly valued.
Responsibilities:
Maintain efficiency in project management tasks within Clickup, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva and manage content updates in WordPress.
Handle social media engagement, creating posts and managing interactions to grow our community.
Develop marketing copy and simple videos to promote our tools and increase user engagement.
Undertake various administrative tasks to support and enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Notion and familiarity with project management systems.
Experience with Canva and basic graphic design.
- Skilled in social media management and content creation.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Basic video production skills are a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with WordPress and SEO practices is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
