TradesFormation is a leader in the business and sales coaching space for Australian maintenance trade businesses.
We are in search of an Executive Assistant who embodies efficiency and proactivity, to provide substantial support to our CEO. This role demands a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives as a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise the CEOs workflow by managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritising his to-do's
- Ensure accountability for the CEOs abillity to complete tasks for the company by deadlines and notify involved teaUpgrade to see actual infombers/external parties
- Prepare and revise documents, presentations, and correspondence efficiently
- Monitor and swiftly respond to emails, flagging critical items and drafting preliminary responses as appropriate
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and help prepare content required for training and sessions
- Implement and maintain organisational systems to enhance office efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an executive assistant
- Experience working in coaching businesses and/or the Australian industry is highly desireable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on quick and clear responses
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace; quick to learn new software and systems
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems before they escalate
