Tasks and job responsibilities

Inventory
Tracking of all inventories from purchased date on. This is done in our database software Airtable.

Outcome: ensure all inventory is accounted for in all phases of the inventory cycle.

Account Health / Seller Central
Account health is critical to our success without our account we can not sell things. Without selling things we make no money and go out of business and nobody has a job. We work

Outcome: help ensure we have as few account health issues as possible. While none are 100% avoidable we want to minimize account health issues. When necessary escalate to a manager and legal team if needed.

Reconciliation
In the context of an Amazon FBA business, "reconciliation" means making sure that the information in your seller account matches the actual situation. This includes checking if the number of products listed matches what's in storage, verifying sales and refunds, and confirming that fees are accurate. Regular reconciliation helps maintain accurate records and smooth business operations on the Amazon platform.

Outcome: inventory, payments, and cashback are reconciled and recorded

Repricing
Repricing refers to adjusting the prices of products on the Amazon platform based on various factors such as competition, market conditions, and your business strategy. The goal is to stay competitive, attract customers, and maximize sales by changing your product prices dynamically. We still manage this software daily to help it work as intended.

Outcome: Maintain competitive pricing while working to maximize profits and minimize stale inventory

Resource management
Resource management in an Amazon FBA business involves strategically overseeing and optimizing various resources to ensure efficient operations and profitability

Outcome: Resources are managed and updated regularly this includes things such as KPIs, airtable, employee resources, and much more

Outside of the business
Outcome: These tasks will vary drastically depending on the business and owner's needs. Some examples might include

Find 3 flights to Minneapolis from Las Vegas
Follow up, accountant.
Remind the Owner to do X
Research possible solutions for X model of dishwasher rack replacement
Get a list of shows coming to the Las Vegas Convention Center
Work through wholesale list to find possible products for Jamie to review
