**Responsibilities:**
- Create and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals and the needs of our clients.
- Manage daily posts and interactions across all key social media platforms.
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
- Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Work with other tea
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with extensive content creation and management experience across various platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to produce concise and engaging content.
- Demonstrable ability to use social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including analytics and content management tools.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a social media management role.
- Experience in online marketing strategies and content creation.
