As we strive to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is passionate about using innovative strategies to reach and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive into growth hacking techniques, including managing Reddit accounts, crafting SEO blog posts, and building engaging email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media channels and engage with the target audience to build brand loyalty and drive user engagement.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and strategies to drive rapid growth and user acquisition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

A plus if:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a relevant industry such as mental health, wellness, or Gen Z demographics.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing website content for search engines.
- Proficiency in managing social media channels and engaging with online communities.
- Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and conversions.
